Terms of Use

Federal Contractor University is owned and operated by GCExperts LLC, a Texas limited liability company.

1. Acceptance

By using this website or purchasing the Workshop, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. The Workshop purchase

The Federal Contracting Fast Start Workshop is a one-time purchase of $4,998.99 for access to the eleven original video lessons and the included resources. Payment is processed by Stripe through the provided payment link. We do not store your card details.

3. Lifetime entitlement vs. browser access

Your purchase grants a lifetime entitlement to the eleven lessons — the entitlement itself does not expire unless the purchase is fully refunded. Access is delivered through a device authorization cookie that lasts 12 months and is not renewed automatically. These are not the same thing: the entitlement is permanent, while the browser authorization must be restored through your saved purchase-link recovery (which re-verifies your completed purchase) if it lapses or you change devices.

4. Refunds and access

The Workshop carries a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it has not moved you meaningfully forward within 30 days, call us and we will refund you.

A full refund revokes your access: your lifetime entitlement ends and the lesson access is removed, because the purchase no longer exists. A partial refund keeps your access — you retain a paid, non-refunded portion of the purchase. Refunds and revocations are reconciled against your purchase. If you believe your access was removed in error, call (813) 678-5701 and we’ll review your purchase.

5. No guaranteed outcomes

This training is educational. We do not guarantee that you will win any contract, earn any specific revenue, or achieve any particular result. Past examples shared on the site are illustrative, not promises.

6. Intellectual property

The videos, text, checklists, and templates are the property of GCExperts LLC and are provided for your personal use as an enrolled student. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly repost the course material.

7. No mailing list

This site does not operate an email list. Support and refunds are handled by phone.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The site and course are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GCExperts LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or course.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
