What this site is

Federal Contractor University sells a single online training workshop — the Federal Contracting Fast Start Workshop — through a hosted Stripe payment page. It does not run a mailing list, does not collect email addresses into a list, and does not send marketing messages.

Information we collect

• Purchase information. Checkout is handled by Stripe through the existing payment link. Stripe collects the payment details needed to complete your purchase; Federal Contractor University receives confirmation of a completed purchase so it can grant course access. We do not see or store your full card number.
• Analytics (only with your consent). If you click Accept on the cookie banner, Google Analytics 4 (property G-0VJR8T1KL6) collects anonymous usage data such as pages viewed, device type, and approximate location. It is blocked until you accept, and it is never loaded on the checkout-session, course-access, lesson, or resource pages.
• Cookies. A consent preference is stored in your browser, and an access-authorization cookie authorizes your device to play the lessons for 12 months.

How we use information

We use purchase confirmation to grant and support your course access, and we use consented analytics to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for third-party advertising.

Sharing

Payment processing is provided by Stripe (see Stripe’s own privacy policy for how it handles payment data). Consented analytics are provided by Google. Neither is used to contact you on our behalf.

Retention

The device access-authorization cookie lasts 12 months. It is not renewed automatically — if it lapses or you change devices, restore access through your saved purchase-link recovery, which re-verifies your completed purchase. Consented analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics’ standard retention settings. Payment records are retained by Stripe according to its policies and by us only as needed for customer support.

Your choices and rights

You can decline analytics cookies on the banner, and you can withdraw that choice at any time from the Cookie Policy page. Depending on your location you may have rights under laws such as the CCPA/CPRA or GDPR — including access, correction, and deletion. To exercise a right or ask a question, call us; we do not require an account.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
